Terms and Conditions

Booking Terms:

We at Preened and Polished require a 50% deposit for any treatments (over £25) that are booked with 24 hours or more notice. This payment can be made over the phone using a secure payment method. We DO NOT Store any payment details. 

We will require ANY medical conditions to be stated clearly upon booking to avoid refusal of your service, should your medical condition contra-indicate your treatment. Medical Conditions include Pregnancy, Medically High Blood Pressure & Diabetes. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged in full (including gift voucher payments). If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours notice we would be happy to rearrange this appointment, retain the deposit on credit or refund your money. 

Modesty Policy

Underwear IS required to protect the modesty of both Client and Therapist. Disposable underwear can be provided for Spray Tanning.
