Once you have booked your desired service, a thorough Skincare Consultation form will be sent to you to help us best ascertain what your skin needs and, allows our therapists' time to plan and prepare ahead of your hands on service.
During your treatment, your Facialist will analyse the skin first and only prescribe products suitable for the skin type and current condition. As we change our skin changes so choosing and using the correct products is vital to maintaining great skin and achieving great results.

Preened and Polished hold a strict 24 hour cancellation and no show policy. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of booking all deposits will be lost.

Patch Tests must be carried out 24/48 hours prior to your appointment.
